Todd is joined by Melissa “Echo” Greenlee is the founder and CEO of deaffriendly.com. The story of how echo created deaffriendly really began at the age of 8 when she gradually started losing her hearing. Losing a sense, and gaining a new language and culture, sparked a profound life journey. In 2011, echo created her most important life’s work: Launching deaffriendly.com, a consumer review platform for the Deaf and hard of hearing community.
